The Ford Maverick also offers a standard front-wheel drive 2.0-liter EcoBoost® gas engine that delivers 250 horsepower and 277 lb.-ft. of torque. This 2.0-liter EcoBoost® gas engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission with an available all-wheel drive option. Also available with this 2022 Ford Maverick powertrain is a 4K tow Package that doubles towing capacity to 4,000 lbs.
